As a Software Engineering Manager at CloudNC, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our technical strategy, guiding the development of innovative solutions, and ensuring the successful delivery of complex projects. You'll lead by example, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Team Leadership: Manage and inspire a team of software engineers, promoting a culture of high performance and continuous learning.
Project Management: Oversee the planning and execution of software projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with OKR’s.
Technical Oversight: Provide guidance on software architecture and design, ensuring adherence to best practices and quality standards.
Collaboration: Work closely with product management and other stakeholders to define requirements and deliver solutions that meet customer needs.
Talent Development: Identify training needs, support career growth, and participate in hiring processes to build a world-class engineering team.
Essential:
Proven experience in software engineering management or a leadership role.
Strong people management skills with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
Experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Desirable:
Familiarity with CNC technologies or manufacturing processes.
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and modern development tools.
Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
