We’re working with an exciting, fast-scaling tech company looking for an Engineering Manager to lead one or more squads and drive the delivery of reliable, high-quality software that powers meaningful business outcomes. This is a standout opportunity for a strong technical leader who blends hands-on engineering depth with exceptional people and delivery management.

What you’ll do:

• Lead squads to deliver roadmap outcomes predictably and with high technical quality
• Provide clear expectations, structured feedback, and career development for engineers (IC2–IC4)
• Stay close to the code through design discussions, reviews, and architectural guidance
• Champion reliability: uphold SLOs, run post-incident reviews, reduce operational toil
• Collaborate with Product & Design to shape plans, priorities, and trade-offs
• Own both team performance and the health of the systems they build

What you’ll bring:

• Strong engineering leadership experience in high-growth or modern tech environments
• Ability to guide designs, architectural decisions, and long-term technical health
• Proven success managing and developing engineers through coaching and structured feedback
• Excellent delivery management — clarity, predictability, and risk transparency
• Experience driving operational excellence (SLOs, observability, incident reviews)
• Collaborative mindset and the ability to align engineering with Product and Design
