Enterprise Account Director

Location: Hybrid / London Bridge

 

ARKK is a leading software provider serving large multinationals and driving change in the Tax, Financial and Regulatory industries with its innovative technologies. Continued expansion has created an opportunity for an experienced Enterprise Business Development Manager/Account Executive to develop the growing customer base of our Tax Automation Platform. 

 

The successful candidate will join us at an exciting time, as we explore new markets and sub-categories for our already successful cloud based, tax automation software. 

 

You will build and own a personal pipeline with support from our SDR function and you will be confident creating your own opportunities too.

 

The following is experience which will be relevant to the role. If you’re confident you have over 80% of it, we’d love to hear from you.  

 

Challenges you’ll be working on:

  • This is a 100% new business sales role where you will be required to develop your own sales opportunities with the support of a strong internal SDR team
  • Development of your sales pipelines, and management of your individual pipeline
  • Achieve annual new business sales target
  • Building relationships with buyers and influencers at executive levels (CFO, Financial Controller, Head of Tax etc.) to understand their needs and reflect these in our Enterprise Sales processes
  • Align all sales activity around our value proposition, helping to advance this where relevant
  • Take ownership for developing strong, business value-focused messaging into our target clients and buyers – working with marketing and product teams (and sales leadership) to ensure success
  • Establish our ability to deliver business value through references and use case selling, by advocating for ARKK’s expertise in tax transformation, and through agreeing proof-of-concepts with clients
  • Give compelling and clear presentations to customers to reflect ARKK’s messaging and to give customers confidence that we are a trusted advisor and good bet 

 

 

Qualifications and experience

·      Relevant experience in Finance or SaaS sales to Enterprise clients  

·      5+ years sales experience within enterprise sales with average deal size in excess of £30K and deal cycles of 6-12 months  

·      Consistent achievement of sales targets, and driven to help others exceed their own 

·      Experience of consultative and investigative interactions with a senior exec/C-Suite audience and driving home the value proposition for complex products  

·      Experience cultivating and controlling complex sales cycles with audiences of multiple stakeholders in enterprise organisations  

·      Proficiency in outbound prospecting and creating new business via a multithreaded approach e.g. phone, email, networking, and channel partners.  

·      The gravitas to generate the right conversations and relationships  

·      Experience of taking a new product to market  

·      Ideally educated to degree level or relevant equivalent in within Accounting and Finance
