We’re looking for a
proactive and strategic Account Manager to own and grow relationships with our
Enterprise clients. Your mission? Drive
retention, revenue growth, and profitability by becoming a trusted advisor who aligns Wavenet’s solutions with each client’s unique business goals.
This is
not just a sales role—it’s about becoming a
true partner. You’ll challenge clients to innovate, support their
ESG ambitions, and position Wavenet as an extension of their organisation.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing and growing a portfolio of Enterprise accounts with a focus on long-term retention and strategic growth.
- Building multi-level relationships within client organisations, including C-suite and senior leadership.
- Promoting and selling across Wavenet’s full solution portfolio:
- Cyberguard
- Intelligent Connectivity
- Managed Services
- Hybrid Cloud
- Unified Communications
- Contact Centre Solutions
- Leading virtual account teams to deliver client success and collaborating with Service Management to meet service expectations.
- Maintaining accurate forecasts, CRM records, and ensuring timely contract documentation and invoice payments.
- Creating and maintaining Account Development Plans, Business Plans, and Win Plans.
- Applying qualification models to assess and progress opportunities.

What You’ll Bring
- Proven success managing and growing client relationships face-to-face.
- Strong background in solution selling and outcome-based sales methodologies.
- Track record of negotiating and closing complex contracts.
- Familiarity with Wavenet’s solution areas or similar technologies.
- Consistent record of exceeding sales targets.
