Enterprise Architect

La Fosse are looking for a strategic and hands-on Enterprise Architect for a not-for-profit client. This individual will lead the design and evolution of core internal platforms – mainly, Finance, HR, Supply Chain, and Warehouse Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and maintain target architectures for internal-facing systems (Finance, HR, Ops).
• Design cloud-based, integrated solutions that support enterprise-wide efficiency and scalability.
• Lead the development of a technology roadmap aligned to strategic goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust and secure solutions.
• Establish and uphold architecture standards, principles, and governance.
• Partner with stakeholders and vendors to ensure seamless implementation and long-term value.
• Identify and mitigate risks while ensuring compliance with data and security regulations.

Key Requirements

• Extensive experience in enterprise architecture, especially across Finance, ERP, HR, and supply chain systems.
• Strong technical knowledge of SAP, Workday, cloud platforms (e.g. AWS, Azure), and integration patterns.
• Proven ability to document and communicate architectures, roadmaps, and design decisions.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing senior stakeholders.
