Enterprise Architect – Shared Systems
La Fosse are looking for a strategic and hands-on Enterprise Architect for a not-for-profit client. This individual will lead the design and evolution of core internal platforms – including Finance, HR, Supply Chain, and Warehouse Management.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and maintain target architectures for internal-facing systems (Finance, HR, Ops).
- Design cloud-based, integrated solutions that support enterprise-wide efficiency and scalability.
- Lead the development of a technology roadmap aligned to strategic goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust and secure solutions.
- Establish and uphold architecture standards, principles, and governance.
- Partner with stakeholders and vendors to ensure seamless implementation and long-term value.
- Identify and mitigate risks while ensuring compliance with data and security regulations.
Key Requirements
- Extensive experience in enterprise architecture, especially across Finance, ERP, HR, and supply chain systems.
- Strong technical knowledge of SAP, Workday, cloud platforms (e.g. AWS, Azure), and integration patterns.
- Proven ability to document and communicate architectures, roadmaps, and design decisions.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing senior stakeholders.
