Enterprise Risk Manager

London: 3 days per week in the office

Lutine Bell are working with a Global Insurance organisation who are looking to appoint a Enterprise Risk Manager into their expanding Risk function to support the delivery of their Enterprise Risk Management framework and risk oversight.

You’ll work closely with stakeholders across the business to embed risk awareness and support a range of risk management activities, including deep dives, emerging risk, ORSA, risk appetite, and control effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Taking ownership of and overseeing key aspects of the Risk Management Framework
• Maintaining the Risk Management Framework to ensure it provides an appropriate structure to identify, assess and report on its risks.
• Providing input into the ORSA to promote its use as a value-add report that supports and informs risk-based decision making.
• Leading various risk management activities, including risk identification, monitoring and reporting, and supporting the business in putting in place an effective control environment.
• Supporting the review and maintenance of risk appetite and tolerance frameworks.
• Building relationships with stakeholders in Underwriting, Operations, Finance, and other areas of the business to understand their priorities and risk issues.

What We’re Looking For:

• Risk Management experience within Insurance
• Strong Senior Stakeholder Management engagement experience
• Strong people management including coaching and performance management
