About the role
Reporting to CRO, the Enterprise Sales Lead, will be instrumental in securing new logos within the enterprise space, demonstrating a deep understanding of complex sales cycles and a commitment to structured sales processes. Beyond your direct sales achievements, you'll play a key role in sharing your expertise, contributing to the development of our sales methodology, and actively preparing to develop your career as Feefo grows.
This is a pivotal individual contributor (IC) role for a seasoned sales professional who excels at closing large enterprise deals, while also possessing the drive and aptitude to shape future sales strategies and mentor others.
Job Requirements
- 10+ years experience of demonstrable success in an individual contributor enterprise sales role, consistently exceeding quota in B2B SaaS, ideally within a related field (e.g., CX, MarTech, analytics).
- Experience delivering pace of growth
- Scale-up and international experience
- Driven to achieve personal targets and a clear desire to progress into a sales leadership position.
- A genuine interest in developing others and a natural inclination to share knowledge and expertise.
- Experience of and engagement with AI driven GTM processes.
Job Responsibilities
- Drive Enterprise Sales: Independently identify, prospect, and close significant enterprise-level deals, consistently exceeding revenue targets.
- Strategic Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within target organisations, understanding their business needs and positioning Feefo as a strategic partner.
- Complex Sales Navigation: Manage intricate sales cycles from lead generation to contract negotiation and close, often involving multiple decision-makers and departments.
- Sales Process Excellence: Implement and champion a structured, repeatable sales process, leveraging CRM tools (e.g.,Salesforce) for accurate forecasting and pipeline management.
- Knowledge Sharing & Mentorship: Proactively share best practices, sales techniques, and insights with the broader sales team, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.
- Training & Development: Contribute to the creation and delivery of internal training sessions on structured sales processes, discovery techniques, negotiation strategies, and other relevant sales topics.
- Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscapes, and customer needs to effectively position Feefo's solutions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless customer journey and optimise sales efforts
