Boeing Commercial Aviation Services Europe Limited is looking for a candidate to fulfill the role of
Entry level Aircraft and Structural Repair Support Engineer within our Maintenance Engineering team.
Hiring details:
- This requisition is for a locally hired position in Welwyn Garden City. Benefits and pay are determined at the local level and are not part of Boeing U.S. based payroll.
- This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
Position Responsibilities:
- Interpreting and analyzing engineering data, reliability and maintainability data, supply chain data, and customer operations and support concepts to develop support solutions and products including support analysis, provisioning solutions, spares solutions and maintenance, inspection, and support technical data
- Providing recommendations on product supportability and establish operation maintenance tasks and support resources
- Developing support systems to achieve supportability requirements. Identifying and analyzing logistics support candidates from product definition and develop logistics support analysis records and reports
- Determining spares provisioning requirements and establish recommendation for spare and replacement parts, levels, and stocking
- Writing and maintaining technical documentation for operating, testing, inspecting and maintaining aircraft systems and/or components
- Evaluating aircraft and/or fleet operational performance, reliability, and availability to establish maintenance concepts
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Education: Bachelor of Science degree or higher from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science
