💼What You’ll Be Doing

• Own your 360 recruitment desk: from sourcing candidates to winning new clients
• Use tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, cold calling, and referrals to find top talent
• Become an expert in the Life Sciences market
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first contact to offer
• Collaborate with hiring managers to meet their recruitment needs
• Keep your pipeline and CRM up to date
• Represent Meet and our clients with professionalism and energy

🎯What We’re Looking For

• A sales-focused mindset with a hunger to succeed
• Outbound sales experience (a big plus!)
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not essential)
• Resilience, drive, and a team-player attitude
