This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is curious about technology in financial markets and wants to build a long-term career in recruitment. You’ll gain hands-on exposure to search mandates covering front-office trading technology and core infrastructure roles, while developing quickly in a high-performance, entrepreneurial environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

Conduct research and map talent across hedge fund and trading firm technology teams, including software engineering, data engineering, and quant development
Source, screen, and engage high-calibre technology professionals
Build and maintain detailed talent pipelines and market intelligence
Support end-to-end search processes, including candidate preparation and interview coordination

Work closely with the Head of Technology and senior consultants on live mandates

Develop a strong understanding of technology trends within hedge funds and trading firms

Who You Are

Strong academic background: degrees in finance, computer science, engineering, or related disciplines are advantageous
Previous experience in recruitment, resourcing, and research is desirable
Exceptionally organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
Confident communicator, able to build relationships quickly
Curious about technology and motivated to specialise in the hedge fund and trading space
