The Role:

• Complete an intensive 8-week training programme that covers every aspect of recruitment, led by our experienced L&D Director.
• Build lasting relationships with key decision-makers in the Benelux tech industry.
• Source and expand your network of top-tier Dutch-speaking tech talent.
• Grow your expertise in a specific technical vertical, becoming a trusted expert for Dutch clients and candidates.

Who We’re Looking For:

• A Dutch-speaking, driven, and entrepreneurial individual.
• Confident, outgoing, and able to build relationships with clients and candidates in the Benelux market.
• Strong communication skills to influence and negotiate effectively.
• Well-organised, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage your time efficiently.
