Entry Level Training & Technical Advisor
Location: Site based, Burton Upon Trent DE14 3HD
Salary Upto £30,000 depending upon experience
Shift Pattern:- Days: Monday to Friday

We're excited to offer an entry-level opportunity for someone looking to begin their career in technical support and product training within the roofing and solar industry. This role is perfect if you're practically minded, enjoy hands-on work, and are keen to build your skills with guidance from experienced mentors.
What You'll Be Doing
- Assisting the Training Manager in delivering hands-on product demonstrations and training sessions
- Helping with practical roofing and solar PV tasks during training and site activities
- Supporting customer queries by phone, email, or in person (with support from the team)
- Learning to interpret technical drawings and project plans
- Using software tools (we'll teach you!) to create basic estimates and visuals
- Participating in training sessions (both in-person and online)
- Helping maintain records and suggest new ways we can improve
What We're Looking For
- A practical person who enjoys working with their hands
- Willingness to learn new skills in a supportive, technical environment
- Friendly and confident approach—comfortable talking to people and asking questions
- Some experience or an interest in construction, roofing, or customer service
- Full UK driving licence or working towards getting one (we'll support you when ready)
- Comfortable using a computer—experience with AutoCAD or drawing software is a bonus, but not essential
