Role Purpose:
To lead hands-on configuration, population, and testing of the new Eploy Applicant Tracking System, ensuring readiness for October 2025 go-live.
Key Accountabilities:
- Populate and configure the Eploy system with all required templates, workflows, and content.
- Review, gather, and input specification documents and recruitment materials.
- Liaise with recruitment team colleagues to design system workflows and communications.
- Coordinate with stakeholders across HR, IT, Payroll, Hiring Managers, and EDI representatives to gather requirements and confirm processes.
- Support activities across all project phases:
Phase 1 – Customer Readiness:
- Attend commencement/discovery meetings
- Complete and review specification documents
Phase 2 – Build & Configuration:
- Prepare and populate configuration items
- Participate in build delivery meeting
Phase 3 – Customer Configuration:
- Attend solution playback
- Support configuration training and completion
Phase 4 – Customer Testing:
- Coordinate testing workshops
- Support re-testing and training
Phase 5 – Launch & Hypercare:
- Prepare for go-live
- Provide hyper-care support and assist with handover
- Maintain detailed records of all configurations and decisions.
Person Specification:
Essential:
- Direct experience implementing Eploy or comparable ATS platforms
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Skilled at gathering requirements and configuring complex systems
- Confident working collaboratively with diverse stakeholders
- Proactive and able to deliver to tight deadlines
Desirable:
- Experience implementing Eploy in a local authority or public sector setting
- Familiarity with end-to-end recruitment processes
Additional Information
- This role is a delivery-focused “do-er” position.
- The successful candidate will be expected to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Occasional on-site presence required for workshops and go-live activities.
