- We are looking to recruit two EPR e-Learning Designers on a fixed term contract of 12-15 months (dependent on start date). The posts will work together to support our EPR Thrive Efficiency Project to review how we deliver EPR (Epic) induction training to new starters at Great Ormond Street Hospital for Children.
Main Duties Of The Role
- To create high quality e-Learning content using Articulate software.
- To deploy expertise in e-Learning authoring tools and to maintain a consistent format, adhering to agreed design principles.
- To design e-Learning modules to reflect best practice and current workflows and to provide a creative and interactive eLearning experience.
- Participate in the creation of exercise booklets to support the e-Learnings, using the Epic training environment to support practice and play.
- Help to maintain Epic training curriculum documents, including lesson plans, scripts, exercise booklets and EUPAs, especially after upgrades, build or workflow changes.
- To administer and support the deployment of Epic e-Learnings on the Trust’s Learning Management System (GOLD)
