About the Role
You’ll be responsible for leading a team of Analysts and Associates, ensuring deliverables exceed client expectations, and cultivating long-term partnerships with investors and decision-makers. Responsibilities
- Manage and mentor a team of Equity Research Analysts and Associates to deliver exceptional research outputs
- Oversee end-to-end project delivery, ensuring all work meets the highest standards of quality, accuracy, and relevance
- Act as the primary point of contact for new and existing clients, providing daily updates and insight
- Drive client satisfaction and retention, addressing needs proactively and identifying new areas to add value
- Develop and refine processes to ensure operational excellence and efficiency across all projects
- Collaborate with senior leadership to define research priorities, resource allocation, and team development
- Train and coach team members, fostering a culture of accountability, learning, and continuous improvement
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in equity research, management consulting, market research, or a related field
Required Skills
- Proven team management and mentoring capabilities
- Excellent organisational skills and a track record of delivering high-quality client deliverables
- Experience in daily communication with clients, including handling new business discussions and ongoing project updates
- Comfortable balancing multiple priorities while ensuring rigorous standards of excellence
- Enjoys building and strengthening long-term client relationships

Pay range and compensation package
- £50,000–£55,000 salary, depending on location and experience
