Job Title: ER Case Coaching Administrator
Location: Preston or Samlesbury/Frimley – We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements – please speak to your recruiter about the options for this particular role.
Salary: £32,000 depending on skills and experience
What You’ll Be Doing
- Undertake a wide range of administrative tasks, including collecting, organising and distributing information
- Provide support to the Case Management Advisors e.g. arranging formal meetings, note taking at formal meetings, calculating company sick pay, updates to HR Case Management systems and updating key stakeholders
- Organise presentations, prepare and interprets reports and collect information to support objectives
- Influence and coach others in line with business priorities
- Work closely with Senior, non-senior Leads/Partners and Advisors
Essential
Your skills and experiences:
- Experience within HR
- Strong administrative skills
- Competent in interpreting data to draw out actionable insights that create value for the HR Teams and Businesses, and data quality checks
- Experience of working on HR Systems
- Ability to prioritise and organise workload and take a proactive approach to ensure tasks are completed within set deadlines
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office – Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Experience of working collaboratively, building and maintaining effective working relationships with stakeholders
- Strong communications skills – verbal and written
Desirable
- Employee relations experience or has a keen interest in this profession
- Experience in supporting projects

The ER Case Management Team
The UK Case Coaching Team provides coaching, advice & support to Line Managers, Employees and their representatives across a wide range of ER matters; from early intervention to formal process. As part of this role you will provide support to the ER Director – Case Management and Case Managers.
This is an exciting opportunity to build and maintain effective relationships and will work collaboratively with stakeholders whilst providing support to Case Coaching project activities.
