We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced eRoster Implementer to join our national Health in Justice service. You will be involved in the rollout and implementation of the system in our prisons, IRCs and Non-Custodial sites across England.
Within this role you will be a key part of the project team during implementation of Allocate Optima (eRoster) alongside the software provider, Systems Specialist and site teams, to enhance the use of the system.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join the team on a full time basis, with regular travel nationally. You will be home based, but on site the majority of the time.
This role includes extensive travel and time away from home, around 2/3 nights per week, over 2/3 weeks per month.
Hours
This is a full time role, Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours per week.
Salary
This is a 12 month fixed term contract.
You’ll receive an annual salary up to £40,000 per annum, plus £4,000 car allowance, depending on experience.

Candidates are required to have a Legal right to work in the UK and due to the nature of the role, offers of employment will be subject to additional vetting and security checks
Your focus will be to provide support to the site roster administrators, assisting with queries, and supporting cases where complex solutions are required. As well as maintaining close contact with the local end users of the software, and ensure the rosters are up to date and relevant to the services’ needs.
