ERP Product Owner

A growing international business is looking for an experienced ERP Product Manager to own, run and improve the ERP Product, manage the ERP team and define and deliver a roadmap of improvements.

The ERP solution covers areas including Finance & Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics and Procurement areas, and the company is looking for someone with good prior ERP experience and strong people leadership skills to lead and manage the team and deliver improvements and enhancements for the ERP solution.

As ERP Product Owner, you will work with senior stakeholders to establish the product roadmap, and will plan and manage projects to deliver product improvements.

Responsibilities:

Lead, manage and deliver the ERP project roadmap as Product Manager
Collaborate with key senior stakeholders in Finance and Operations to understand requirements and translate to the ERP solution
Lead the ERP function including engaging cross-functional team members, partners and suppliers
Interface between Business stakeholders and ERP / Technical teams to capture requirements, define stories, and plan and deliver ERP enhancements using Agile

Lead the Finance systems transformation, ERP continuous improvement and Agile development

Your profile:

ERP Product Owner, Head of ERP or ERP Director with experience in a mid-size company
Clear leadership experience in an Agile environment for ERP
Good understanding of business processes e.g. Finance / Accounting, (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable), Logistics, Sales, Operations, Procurement
Strong knowledge of Agile methodology (Agile Scrum / Sprint planning / Epics & Stories); proven ability to set up and manage agile teams for Enterprise Systems / ERP
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Experience with core ERP solutions e.g. MS Dynamics, Oracle, SAP, Infor, Unit4, Epicor or similar

This is a senior position and would suit an experience Head of ERP, ERP Product Owner or Finance Systems Transformation Manager with strong team management experience, excellent Agile knowledge.
