Fine & Country has an immediate opening for an Associate to work in the upper quartile property market within the York.
What You Do
What You Do
- Liaise with high-net-worth clients regarding their property sale
- Be responsible for your own lead generation by prospecting for new business
- Work closely with clients from the initial enquiry/contact, conduct market appraisals, viewings, negotiate offers and ensure the transaction runs smoothly through to completion
- Maintain strong client relationships
- Provide exceptional service to the clients
- We will provide you with all the tools, support and help you need to be a successful self-employed estate agent and have the opportunity to earn an excellent income
- Full support and training
- Systems to enable you to run your business including CRM
- Marketing materials
- A proven and exceptional marketing strategy
- Access to Fine & Country’s members’ hub with data insights, prospecting and canvassing tools
- Back-office admin support
- An experienced Agent, who has sold luxury homes across York area
- You will be an ambitious, highly motivated and entrepreneurial individual
- You will provide the highest levels of customer service and have exceptional interpersonal skills providing a bespoke ‘wrap around’ service to clients
- You will believe in ongoing personal and professional development
- High uncapped earnings with the opportunity to earn up to £100,000 OTE per year
