What will the role involve?
As the Estate Manager you will build and maintain excellent relationships with all landlords (private or local authority across multiple formats) to ensure delivery of agreed contractual requirements and company priorities. You will know and understand your customer’s needs and requirements, and you will collaboratively ‘own’ the relationship with them, including the processing of new orders and communicating their delivery.
You will also support and collaborate with the Construction Management team to ensure builds are delivered on time, to specification, and within budget. This includes overseeing site surveys, tracking progress, monitoring contractor performance and maintaining accurate site and project data. You will help ensure that construction delivery aligns with contract terms and operational SLAs, escalating any risks or issues where necessary.
Working alongside the Portfolio Partnership Manager you will create a strong team, enlisting support from the appropriate Operations & Construction Managers where needed.
The role will cover contracts in a geographical area in the South of England including and can based at our London, Petersfield, Dartford and or Sawtry.
