Job Purpose
The Estates Manager role reports directly into the Director of Estates and is responsible for strategic and operational delivery of all estates requirements to include CAFM management, Vehicle fleet, compliance, financial budgets, whilst reporting into senior management to ensure that all estates functions are fit for purpose, legally compliant, providing high levels of customer service and meeting all institutional priorities and initiatives.
This role would suit a former tradesman/estate’s professional and will be based at our Gloucester office to cover the Gloucestershire/Wiltshire divisions of the estates department covering 30 supported living services and our Pirton Grange service (specialist residential and nursing care) in Worcestershire.
