We are seeking an exceptional Estate Manager at Chrisp Street, East London. This is a unique opportunity to join my team and take ownership of a vital role working from Friday through Monday - COVERING THE WEEKEND.
Key Essentials:
- Strong customer service and stakeholder engagement skills
- IOSH qualification
- Experience in Facilities Management with a full understanding of Managing Agent responsibilities
- Good understanding and management of service charge and/or operational budgets
Salary is from £45,000 +additional benefits
