proactive and skilled Estates Electrical Supervisor to join our dedicated Estates team. This is an essential role in ensuring the safe, efficient and reliable operation of our hospital’s electrical and mechanical systems — supporting the delivery of exceptional patient care every day.
As an
Estates Electrical Supervisor, you will play a vital part in maintaining and improving the hospital’s building services and infrastructure. You’ll oversee the day-to-day delivery of maintenance and repair works, ensuring all activities meet regulatory standards and Health & Safety requirements.
You Will Also
- Supervise Estates staff and contractors, ensuring work is carried out safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
- Act as the Trust’s Authorised Person (AP) for Electrical Safety (HTM 06-02).
- Manage and monitor reactive and planned maintenance tasks using the Trust’s electronic systems.
- Lead and support your team in achieving compliance and service excellence.
- Take part in the Estates Manager on-call rota (1 in 4) — enhancing your overall earning potential.
- Be responsible for ordering and managing materials and stock, ensuring best value and efficient use of resources.
- Provide technical advice to colleagues and departments across the Trust.
