- Agency Management: Support and manage relationships with agencies, ensuring their growth by providing strategic guidance and operational support.
- Daily Operations: Manage and resolve issues faced by creators during their LIVE streaming process, ensuring smooth operations.
- Operational Strategy: Collect and analyze feedback from Agencies, identify operational bottlenecks, and contribute to the development of strategies for improving operational efficiency.
- Event Management: Oversee campaign execution, including planning, monitoring, and summarizing campaign results to optimize future initiatives.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree and available to start in Jun 2025 at the latest
- Able to start as soon as possible for internship lasting at least 3 months (6 months is preferred)
- Strong data analysis skills and experience using various data analysis tools to drive insights.
- Excellent English communication and writing skills, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly.
- Genuine interest in social media and content platforms, with a keen understanding of emerging media trends.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and time management skills; ability to work independently and in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience or strong interest in working with agencies/MCNs is a plus.
