We’re looking for a skilled End User Computing (EUC) Engineer to join our team in London. You’ll play a key role in supporting and optimising desktop services across a modern, enterprise-scale IT environment. This role will focus on the deployment and management of virtual desktops and physical endpoints, with a strong emphasis on technologies such as Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), Citrix VDI, Windows 365, and Intune.
The Role:
- Provide hands-on support and administration of AVD, Citrix, and Windows 365 environments
- Deploy, configure, and manage Windows 10/11 devices using Microsoft Intune and Autopilot
- Manage and support virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI) solutions, including on-prem Citrix and Citrix Cloud
- Work with automation tools, especially PowerShell, to streamline desktop provisioning, patching, and compliance tasks
- Serve as a key escalation point for complex EUC issues and drive root cause analysis
- Collaborate with IT teams and stakeholders to ensure desktop environments meet performance, availability, and security requirements
- Assist in preparing documentation, including SOPs and knowledge base articles for internal use
- Minimum of 4+ years of experience in EUC/Desktop Support or Engineering roles, ideally in enterprise environments
- Strong working knowledge of AVD, Citrix VDI, and Windows 365
- Proven experience with Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, and Windows 10/11 deployment and configuration
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and system administration
- Familiarity with Azure Active Directory, VMware, and hybrid desktop environments
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Microsoft or Citrix certifications (e.g., MS-101, Azure Administrator, Citrix CCA/CCE)
- Knowledge of desktop security standards and compliance
- Experience with zero-touch deployment and modern endpoint management strategies
