PURPOSE OF JOB:
An exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing company and department to provide high-quality support for rollout of new technology in Bytes, new laptops, new operating systems, mobile phones, and software. The role also calls for the support of AV equipment at Bytes offices and at company hosted events.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Deployment of IT equipment such as laptops, operating systems, software, and mobiles (not and exhaustive list and project dependant)
- Working in accordance with project plan
- Responsible the Service Delivery Manager, but working in coordination with a PM.
- Communicating and co-ordinating with Bytes staff for the handover or IT equipment
- Communicating and co-ordinating with Bytes staff when deploying new software or operating systems
- Creation and updating documentation
- Support, maintenance of Bytes AV Equipment at all Bytes offices
- Bytes event technical support (either at Bytes office or event location)
- Visit each Bytes office on a regular basis and ensure that office based IT equipment is working well and IT supplies are well stocked
- Point of escalation for other teams within Systems Support
- Provide consistently professional and high-quality interface between Systems Support and its customers
- Liaising with external resources (suppliers / manufacturers / support providers)
- Other task as provided by your manager

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
Essential Knowledge
- Operating Systems – Windows 11, Office 365
- Desktop – Microsoft Office 365 applications, OneDrive

- AutoPilot build process.

Training Provision

- Bytes Software Services Ltd provide a full induction programme to assist in integration to the organisation. The individual will also be expected to attend training courses and take exams to assist with keeping up the business’ vendor accreditations
ADDITIONAL INFORMAITON
- Based at Bytes Software Service head office in Leatherhead. Occasional visits to other company offices may be required. Occasional out-of-hours work may be required
