You will play a vital role in the smooth operation of our Pan-European surface transport services. You will be responsible for liaising with key partners, carriers, and clients, ensuring seamless execution of operations in line with Uniserve’s procedures and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Excellence: Manage and execute assigned jobs, utilising our internal systems.
• Client Focus: Deliver exceptional customer service, proactively manage client expectations, and identify opportunities for growth.
• Commercial Acumen: Demonstrate strong commercial awareness, negotiate favorable terms, and ensure profitability on each job.
• Compliance: Adhere to all company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
• Reporting and Evaluation: Prepare regular reports, analyse performance metrics, and identify trends to inform strategic decision-making.
• Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with colleagues across different departments to achieve shared goals.
  
  

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven European Operations experience
• Groupage/FTL experience
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in using IT systems
• A keen eye for detail and accuracy
• A proactive and solution-oriented approach
