The role:
Our team of Evaluators are key to our clients' success. We need dedicated, enthusiastic and research-obsessed people to help us. You will evaluate the practices and policies of some of the Best WorkplacesTM in the UK. The role will provide a unique opportunity to apply your qualitative analysis skills and acquire practical work experience. It's a chance for you to work with some of the UK’s most progressive organisations. The findings of our study and Best Workplaces List rankings is published nationally and internationally.

Main Responsibilities:
· Evaluation (qualitative analysis) of client documents, containing people and/or HR programmes and practices, submitted by our clients as part of their participation in the Best Workplaces™ Programme.
· Calibration of results across the whole Evaluator Team
· Data input and quality checks
· Extracting and evaluating information for marketing purposes
· Compile best practices, employee comments, and research insights into a structured database.
Other Potential Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day assistance to the Snr. Insights Manager and the wider team.
Person Specification:
Essential:
· An interest in HR, organisational psychology and/or employee research
· Ability to identify common people/HR practices and policies in organisations and use your experience to help evaluate the difference between 'good' and 'great'
· Excellent analytical skills
· Excellent attention to detail and ability to stay focussed and motivated whilst working with a large volume of data
· Ability to identify and summarise qualitative information in a concise manner
· Ability to work to tight deadlines
· Excellent written English
· Ability to give and receive critical feedback in both group discussions and on an individual basis
· People skills, with the ability to engage with clients meaningfully and professionally
· Must be legally eligible to work in the UK
Desirable:
· Undergraduate degree or above in HR, organisational psychology, or employee research (business studies also considered)
· Experience of working in HR consultancy/client-side HR or Research
