Event Coordinator

A B2B financial services provider is seeking an Event Coordinator to assist with the implementation of both in-person and digital events. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is keen to specialise in event management.

Responsibilities:

• Work with wider events team and support in the execution of a tactical annual events plan.
• Collaborate with the Events Director to create detailed project plans covering all stages from concept through to planning, delivery, and post-event reporting and analysis.
• Assist with venue research, on-site branding, audio/visual setup, catering arrangements, registration, and post-event reporting.
• Work closely with the internal creative team by providing comprehensive event briefs for identity, design, and production of event collateral.
• Assist in drafting outreach materials (invitations, website copy, social media posts) and support the creation of pre- and post-event digital assets.
• Manage the tracking of event branded items, including but not limited to collateral and giveaways.
• Support team with event logistics

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of B2B events experience (either in-house or agency)
• Financial services experience would be desired but any corporate background would be considered
• A strong desire to learn
• Passionate about learning
• Inquisitive in nature
• Confident / outgoing
• Strong copywriting skills
• A history of effective interactions with diverse stakeholders is required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience with Marketing Automation, event registration software (Cvent preferable), Canva, webinar software
• UK experience is essential

Salary: £30-35,000
