About Forum Europe
Based in Cardiff, Forum Europe is a leading organiser of high-level policy conferences in Brussels, and globally through our international arm, Forum Global. We bring together policymakers, industry leaders, and civil society to promote dialogue on today’s most critical policy challenges.
We produce our own-initiated portfolio of sector-leading conferences, and also work with European institutions, European and non-European Governments, international agencies, NGOs and global corporations on the production and delivery of bespoke conferences and events.
Our Culture & Values
We approach our work with curiosity, seeking to understand the policy landscape and its developments. We are committed to excellence in every aspect of event management, delivering impactful events that make a meaningful contribution to public policy dialogue. We value inclusivity and aim to reflect a range of perspectives in our work. Professionalism, collaboration, and respect for others guide how we work together and with our partners.
The Role: Event Manager
We are seeking a highly organised, proactive Event Manager to join our team and lead the delivery of a diverse range of own-initiative events. This is a dynamic and hands-on role, ideal for someone who thrives on responsibility, creativity, and seeing complex projects through from concept to completion.
You will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of multiple international events, taking full ownership from initial concept through to final execution. This includes managing timelines, budgets, and stakeholder engagement, while ensuring each project meets its strategic objectives and delivers meaningful, high-quality outcomes.
This role is well suited to someone with a strong background in event logistics and project management, who combines meticulous attention to detail with fresh ideas and a solutions-driven approach.
