Exclusive opportunity for an experienced Event Marketing Manager to lead the planning and delivery of marketing campaigns that promote a range of events.
The ideal candidate will combine creative thinking with strong project management skills, working across multiple teams to develop engaging, brand-aligned communications that drive attendance and deliver measurable results.
London based, hybrid working: 3 days in office, 2 from home
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies for a portfolio of events across digital and offline channels.
- Collaborate with internal teams, event leads, and stakeholders to align marketing plans with event goals.
- Manage the creation and distribution of marketing assets, including web content, emails, social media, presentations, and promotional materials.
- Coordinate timelines, approvals, and campaign rollouts to ensure milestones are met.
- Monitor performance of campaigns and use data to inform adjustments and improvements.
- Ensure brand consistency and quality across all event communications.
- Work with external suppliers or contractors as needed (e.g. designers, writers, media partners)
Skills & experience:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent project management skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable managing multiple events and campaigns concurrently.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and apply insights.
- Creative thinking with an understanding of audience engagement.
- Able to work flexibly across time zones and deadlines.
- Proficient in using digital marketing and collaboration tools (e.g. CMS, email marketing platforms, project management software).
