Job Purpose:
Working as part of the Events and Awards Team, the Events and Awards Executive will coordinate events and webinars from conception to close, as assigned. Reporting to the Events and Awards Manager, they will thrive on working in a busy environment, be a key team player, be organised and have a keen eye for detail.
The Events and Awards Executive will ensure that the events and webinars they are assigned; are promoted, planned and executed to a high standard.
They will also assist the team in executing the yearlong activity that is part of the DMA Awards programme.
Liaising with internal and external stakeholders including sponsors where required.
The DMA Events and Awards programmes take place both virtually and face to face. Overnight, early mornings and late nights are something that this candidate needs to be happy to accommodate, where possible we do offer time back when working outside of normal working hours.
