Events Lead

Join E.ON Next as an Event Lead and help us deliver outstanding events and engaging communications that connect with our people and audiences. You’ll work closely with leaders, operational teams and Internal Communications to plan, coordinate and deliver a wide range of internal and external events, ensuring every guest feels valued and every message lands with impact.

What you’ll do:

• Plan and deliver inclusive, engaging events from concept to completion
• Manage logistics, budgets, suppliers and stakeholder communications
• Create and adapt high-quality, consistent content for events and presentations
• Gather feedback to continuously improve event quality and impact
• Partner on recognition moments, celebrations and community engagement initiatives

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience in event coordination, communications or content creation
• Strong organisational, planning and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, multi-tasking environments

Location: London (Farringdon) with travel as required
