Lenovo is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Executive Administrative Partner to support senior leaders in the International Sales Organization. This role plays a key part in keeping operations running smoothly across a complex global environment, requiring discretion, precision, and a strong sense of urgency.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars and coordinate meetings across multiple time zones
- Organize executive staff meetings, including agenda planning, deck consolidation, and follow-ups
- Coordinate international and domestic travel logistics, including proactive tracking of itineraries
- Process and reconcile expense reports, manage travel budgets, and support policy compliance
- Lead planning and execution of organization-wide events such as All Hands and Town Halls
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and ensure alignment with executive commitments
- Mentor and support administrative colleagues across the support center
Qualifications
- Experience supporting executives in a fast-paced, global corporate environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and internal tools
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities independently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Sound judgment and initiative in decision-making
- Understanding of organizational structures and cross-regional collaboration
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
