Salary: £42,750 - £47,620 per annum inclusive of all allowances.

The Office of the Sheriffs of the City of London and the Recorder of the City of London is looking for an experienced and highly organised Executive Assistant (EA) with a confident, proactive and polished approach with proven communication and organisational skills to join the small team.
The Sheriffs are elected on an annual basis and spend their year in office in residence at the Central Criminal Court (Old Bailey), delivering a programme of engagements and events across a range of stakeholders, whilst also supporting the programme of the Lord Mayor of the City of London.
The Recorder of London is the most senior Judge in the Central Criminal Court, as well as a High Officer of the City of London Corporation.
Based primarily at the Central Criminal Court (Old Bailey), the EA will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the Principals’ schedules. You will provide high-level administrative support and advice, enabling the Principals to focus on their strategic priorities across the City of London Corporation and with external stakeholders.
