Job Title: Executive Assistant to Commercial, Change and Portfolio Delivery (CCPD) Director
Salary: £42,750 - £47,620 per annum inclusive of all allowances.
Contractual Hours: 35 hours per week
Basis: Full time, 12 Months Fixed Term contract

The Head of the Chamberlain’s Office is looking for a new Executive Assistant to join the Chamberlain’s Office Team. We are seeking a highly organised and professional Executive Assistant to provide high-quality, confidential administrative and secretarial support to the Commercial, Change and Portfolio Delivery (CCPD) Director.
This role involves maintaining diaries, organising meetings, producing quality documents, and dealing with general enquiries. The role will also provide support on various projects across the Chamberlain’s Department.
This is a diverse role for an innovative and adaptable individual, providing an opportunity to make a direct contribution to the effective operation of the Chamberlain’s Department.
The Chamberlain’s Department provides several Services to the City of London Corporation including accounting, treasury management, transactional finance, and Internal Audit. Alongside Commercial, Change and Portfolio Delivery and Digital, Information and Technology Services.
