Team EA – 6-Month FTC

This is a 6-month contract supporting a high-performing deal team in a collaborative, down-to-earth environment. You will have the opportunity to work with other EAs who can provide you guidance and mentorship should you need it.

THE ROLE:

• Provide full EA support to a busy deal team (Intern to Associate level), managing diaries, travel, and processing expenses
• Document management, assisting with presentations when required and conduct pre-meeting research, as well as general administration (printing and binding)
• Updating the CRM system
• Support occasional event planning and ad-hoc projects
• Step into a fast-paced, high-trust environment where humility and team spirit are key
