Job Description
This role provides EA support to two Executives within the organisation; both are based outside of the UK. The role includes planning, diary management, and maintaining high-level internal and external relationships, including with their Leadership team.
The post holder is required to be able to work autonomously; however, they form an important part of both Executives and their teams, reporting into the Chief RIE Officer & M&S Officer, working closely and collaboratively with their teams. The EA will take on ad hoc projects in support of the Executive's workstreams as and when required.
The EA will need to be able to anticipate and respond to competing priorities frequently, seeking to improve processes with a solution-oriented, transparent, and adaptable approach. This role is critical to the smooth running of the Executives' function and requires someone approachable, with lots of enthusiasm, well-honed communication skills, and outstanding organisational skills.
