What You'll Do
As an Executive Assistant within Leveraged Finance, you will provide high-level administrative support in a fast-paced, confidential environment, requiring strong judgment, reliability, and a solid PA skill set. The role demands flexibility to manage shifting daily priorities while supporting a dynamic team with professionalism and precision.
* Serve as a key business partner by managing internal and external client interactions, understanding group priorities, and supporting executives with high-level administrative need
* Coordinate complex travel arrangements, meetings, interviews, and year-end review scheduling, handling frequent changes efficiently
* Manage business expenses and reimbursements in partnership with offshore teams, utilizing internal systems (Concur, Amex, eSource, iMeet, Teams, Zoom, OMD, Cross Border) for accurate data entry
* Maintain knowledge of organizational structures, key personnel, and geographical insights to enhance decision-making and internal collaboration
* Support colleagues across the business, provide training to new joiners, manage general administrative tasks, ad-hoc projects, and uphold confidentiality with integrity
What You Bring
* Extensive experience with managing executive diaries, complex travel arrangements, and expense processes
* Prior experience in banking or financial services environment
* Proficient in French (desirable)
* Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with clients, bankers, and cross-functional teams while communicating proactively across all levels
* Takes initiative, drives solutions, and follows through with full ownership to deliver high-quality outcomes
