We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant to join our Willmott Dixon Interiors division on a full-time, permanent basis.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys owning and managing multiple tasks and projects, and is comfortable managing a team. You'll need to be highly organised, diligent, and confident working both independently and collaboratively.
As the successful Executive Assistant, you'll provide support to our Interiors Board, oversee the running of our busy Head Office, and manage the administration function for the business.
Key Responsibilities/Deliverables:
Supporting the Interiors Board
Examples Include, But Not Limited To:
- Diary management
- Collating and logging expenses
- Producing monthly reports and presentations (typing, compiling, preparing)
- Arranging and booking travel, transport, and accommodation
- Organising workshops and events
Team Leadership & Office Management
Examples Include, But Not Limited To:
- Management of the WDI administration function
- Office management, including IT integration and coordination, phones, tablets, and the onboarding of new people
Essential and Desirable Criteria
Essential
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, PA or in a senior administrative role
- Confident managing an administration team
- Comfortable working autonomously with a proactive approach
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple responsibilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- MS Office Suite
Desirable
- Previous experience working within the built / construction sector (advantageous)
