Description

Keplin Group Limited is a fast-growing UK FMCG group operating multiple consumer brands globally. As we continue to scale, we’re hiring experienced Executive Assistant's to support our CEO and COO and manage our India-based Personal Assistant function.

These are Senior EA role's - high trust, high responsibility, high impact. You’ll act as the control point for leadership priorities, time, and execution across regions.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

Own CEO & COO calendars, priorities, and time management
Act as trusted gatekeeper and senior leadership partner
Prepare briefing packs, agendas, summaries, and exec documents
Line-manage and oversee the India-based PA
Delegate, review, and quality-check work before leadership exposure
Track actions, follow-ups, and deadlines to completion
Oversee executive travel, logistics, and expenses
Handle confidential matters with absolute discretion

👤 About You

8+ years’ experience as an Executive Assistant at senior level

Proven experience managing or overseeing a PA/admin function

Strong judgement, organisation, and prioritisation skills

Comfortable working across time zones and international teams

Clear, confident communicator with excellent written English
