Job Summary

We are seeking a highly capable and forward-thinking Executive Assistant to join our dynamic and fast-growing Group. This is a unique opportunity to support our CEO in a role that goes far beyond traditional EA responsibilities. We're looking for someone with a proven track record of enhancing executive effectiveness, particularly through the implementation of innovative tools and systems that streamline operations, improve productivity, and elevate executive output.


🎯 What You’ll Own & Lead:

  • Provide high-level, proactive executive support to the CEO, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations
  • Manage complex calendars, travel, and inboxes, resolving conflicts and prioritising effectively
  • Organise and prepare meetings, including agendas, materials, minute-taking, and action tracking
  • Draft high-quality correspondence, reports, and presentations on behalf of the CEO
  • Act as a trusted liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
  • Build strong working relationships across all levels of the business and with key external partners
  • Identify and implement modern software tools to streamline executive workflows and improve operational efficiency
  • Delegate administrative tasks appropriately to optimise time and focus for the CEO
  • Manage personal administration for the CEO, ensuring ease and efficiency in daily operations
  • Uphold strict confidentiality, professionalism, and discretion in handling sensitive matters
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve executive support practices across the Group


📚 What You Bring to the Table

  • Proven experience supporting C-suite, Managing Partner, or Board-level executives—ideally in a fast-paced or high-growth environment
  • Tech-savvy, with strong knowledge of modern software solutions (e.g., AI tools, CRMs, automation platforms) to enhance executive workflows
  • Exceptionally organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
  • Proactive and forward-thinking, with a strategic mindset and the ability to anticipate needs
  • Discreet, trustworthy, and able to handle sensitive information with integrity
  • Flexible and adaptable, with strong business acumen and a desire to contribute to the Group’s success
  • Excellent written and verbal communicator, confident, engaging with stakeholders on behalf of the CEO
  • Strong EQ and IQ; emotionally intelligent with sound judgement and professional presence
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Able to perform under pressure and consistently meet deadlines
