Your Mission
This is a high-impact opportunity to support Teya’s Chief People Officer (CPO) and Chief Credit & Analytics Officer (CCAO) as we scale across Europe. We're seeking an experienced, proactive Executive Assistant who will take full ownership of administrative operations, ensuring both leaders feel at ease, pressure-free, and can focus on strategic priorities.
You’ll be trusted to run the day-to-day without needing to be managed or chased, acting as an operational partner who anticipates needs, solves problems, and simplifies workflows. For those interested, there will be opportunities to take on small projects across People and Credit teams, opening doors for career growth within Teya.
Responsibilities
- Provide seamless admin support: complex diary management, email handling, board materials, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
- Anticipate needs and manage priorities to optimize the CPO’s and CCAO’s time.
- Own and refine processes that streamline daily operations across both functions.
- Be a key liaison for internal and external stakeholders with utmost professionalism and discretion.
- Coordinate executive meetings with fellow EAs: agendas, materials, action tracking.
- Collaborate with the Office Manager to ensure smooth daily office operations.
- Support and manage both key and ad hoc projects with cross-functional teams ensuring deliverables are on track and deadlines are met.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an EA to senior leaders, with a track record of self-managing and owning executive support in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
- Comfortable being on-site at least 4 days/week (ideally 5) and flexing hours for occasional urgent requests.
- Highly proficient in Slack and Office365.
- Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal and written skills. Ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely with attention to detail.
- Exceptionally organized, proactive, and able to juggle competing priorities without missing a beat.
- Calm under pressure, solutions-oriented, and resourceful in navigating the unexpected.
- A polished, professional presence who builds trust quickly and maintains discretion at all times.
