Contract: 12-month FTC (Maternity Cover) – Immediate Start

The difference you will make

As an Executive Assistant, you will provide high-level, seamless support to senior leaders, ensuring their priorities are executed flawlessly. You’ll manage complex diaries, coordinate global travel, and act as a trusted partner who anticipates needs and resolves challenges before they arise. This role is pivotal in keeping two critical functions running smoothly during a period of maternity leave.

Your role

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Managing complex and ever-changing diaries across multiple time zones
• Organising high-level meetings and preparing agendas and materials
• Coordinating extensive travel arrangements and itineraries
• Processing travel-related expenses and handling invoices promptly
• Acting as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
• Handling sensitive information with utmost confidentiality

The skills you will bring

• Proven experience supporting senior executives in a fast-paced, global environment
• Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage competing priorities calmly and professionally
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High level of discretion, integrity, and emotional intelligence
• Confident using Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, and travel/expense systems

Working pattern

Hybrid role based in London. Flexibility to work from home with occasional office presence.
