The Opportunity
As the Executive Assistant, you'll work closely with a highly respected Strategy Consultant who spends most of the week meeting clients. Your role will be to make this possible - from scheduling appointments and planning travel routes to managing internal communications and keeping key processes running smoothly.

What You'll Be Doing
- Scheduling and coordinating 2-3 daily meetings with schools and education leaders.
- Engaging with warm contacts to secure meaningful appointments.
- Managing calendars, logistics, and team scheduling to ensure seamless operations.
- Collaborating with marketing and executive teams to align on shared deliverables.
- Keeping CRM systems, meeting agendas, and reports accurate and up to date.
- Planning travel routes to optimise time spent with clients
Requirements
What We're Looking For
