Our upskilling apprenticeships are designed for people of any age and career stage to build critical AI, data, and tech skills. Our learners have driven $2bn+ ROI for their employers, using the skills they’ve learned to improve productivity and measurable performance.
In June 2022, we announced a $220 million Series D funding round co-led by StepStone Group, Lightspeed Venture Partners and General Catalyst. With a post-money valuation of $1.7bn, the round makes us the UK’s first EdTech unicorn.
But we aren’t stopping there. With a strong operational footprint and 800+ employees, we have ambitious plans to continue scaling. We’re building a world where tech skills unlock people’s potential and output.
Join Multiverse and power our mission to equip the workforce to win in the AI era.
About The Role
We’re looking for a proactive, high-energy Executive Business Partner to provide strategic and administrative support and be a true business partner to our Chief Learning Officer (CLO) and the Learning Leadership Team. This role will require you to embed yourself in the operational heartbeat of our mission, partnering with senior leaders, engaging directly the leadership team, and keeping our fast-moving content creation and delivery organisation running at peak performance. Supporting the culture and operational rhythms of the team, you’ll anticipate needs and help our Learning team execute flawlessly, ensuring that time is optimised, priorities are clear, and high-value educational opportunities are never missed.
What You’ll Do
Strategic Partnering: Act as the CLO’s right hand - anticipating needs, flagging risks, and helping drive educational priorities forward. Join leadership meetings to track actions, align follow-ups, and make sure nothing slips between the cracks. Help maintain visibility across key projects to ensure the CLO’s time is focused on the highest-impact activities. Collaborate closely with other Exec teams and EA’s, to ensure deliverables are seamlessly executed, and deliver accurate MBR, QBR and Board data and commentary, reporting and company updates and a deep understanding of the company's goals and KPIs
Partner & Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with internal stakeholders with warmth, confidence, and professionalism. Support engagement by preparing the CLO for meetings with briefs, context, and materials that make every interaction impactful. Know our learning mission inside out, network with confidence, and be a proud ambassador for our educational mission. Lead onboarding sessions representing Learning with all new hires.
Strategic Planning: Working with the CLO to identify opportunities for improved efficiency and helping to shape learning strategy with the team.
Communication & Document Prep: Prepare agendas, decks, and talking points for leadership and partner meetings. Confidently follow up on actions and deadlines, track progress and automate workflow internal tools like Cassidy, Coda, GSuite, Asana, and Slack. Draft and refine communications to a high standard. Data Analysis: Gathering and analyzing data to provide insights and support decision-making.
Events & Culture: Take ownership of Learning off-sites, events, and leadership sessions from planning through to flawless execution. Collaborate with CLO and Learning Leadership on most important outcomes and create and facilitate agendas to create desired outcomes. Partner with back-office support teams (Workplace, IT, EAs) to deliver an exceptional support service, creating experiences that strengthen the team culture. Supporting process improvements and organizational culture initiatives throughout learning, including our AI transformation.
Calendar, Travel & Logistics: Manage leadership calendars, optimising for business outcomes, not just time slots. Coordinate meetings, venues, and events; handle travel, expenses, budgets, and logistics for the CLO, ensuring accurate record-keeping in line with company policy.
