About the role The Executive Director Corporate Services will provide organisational leadership at the highest level, ensuring we have the systems, culture, governance and insight required to operate confidently, plan for the future and deliver services rooted in fairness and community insight. This role is central to how we operate as an organisation and how we respond to the evolving needs of the borough.

Corporate Services is central in enabling Camden to fulfil its purpose. The directorate brings together customer services, digital and data, finance, legal, governance, people and inclusion, partnership, participation, communications, and strategy. It provides the organisational foundations that support Camden to operate confidently, plan for the future and deliver services rooted in fairness and community insight. The directorate has some of the broadest reach into our communities working directly with residents and businesses, voluntary and community sector partners and anchor institutions to create a place that works for everyone.
About you We are looking for an outstanding strategic leader who can guide high‑performing senior teams, support elected members with confidence and clarity and ensure Camden has the systems, culture and forward‑looking capability in a complex and evolving landscape. You will champion inclusive, distributed leadership, build a culture where colleagues feel empowered and valued, and bring compassion and cohesion. With responsibility for some of Camden’s most critical functions you will ensure we continue to remain purpose led and mission driven.
