The Role
SRLV are a leading firm of chartered accountants, business management specialists and corporate and private client advisors specialising in the creative world of music and entertainment.
We are assisting with recruitment on behalf of one of our clients, a leading and well established hospitality group based in USA and about to embark on a major London expansion.
Our client seeks an experienced Executive PA to support the President of the group who is relocating to London.
This hybrid role combines high-level business support with personal/family assistance, requiring someone with exceptional London knowledge who can navigate both corporate and relocation challenges whilst maintaining complete discretion. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver who anticipates needs and creates solutions before issues arise.
Key Responsibilities
Business Support
- Complex diary management across multiple time zones
- Coordinate new venue launch in Central London
- Liaise with UK vendors, authorities, and partners
- Bridge communications between London and US headquarters
- Prepare reports, presentations and correspondence
- Comprehensive expense management including multi-currency reconciliation
- Handle confidential matters with absolute discretion
Personal & Relocation Support
- Guide American executive family settling in SW London
- Source and manage household services and contractors
- Coordinate healthcare, veterinary, and family services
- Help navigate UK systems and cultural differences
- Provide London expertise for all aspects of daily life
- Proactively solve problems and anticipate needs before they arise
Requirements
Essential
- Minimum 3 years' EA/PA experience at C-suite level
- Exceptional knowledge of London (particularly SW and Central)
- Experience with US business culture/international organisations
- Available for UK hours plus 2-3 hours evening overlap with US
- Proven ability to manage business and personal responsibilities simultaneously
- Strong tech skills including MS Office, expense platforms, and UK-specific apps
- Proficiency with Apple/Mac ecosystem essential
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and make sound decisions
Desirable
- Hospitality/entertainment sector experience
- Experience supporting relocating executives
- Comfortable with family pets
Working Arrangements
- Ideally 2 days SW London (home office) - this may be flexible
- 1-2 days Central London (company office)
- Remainder remote
