Executive Producer

Major Players are partnering with a pioneering global influencer marketing company to recruit for an Executive Producer/Head of Production.

Duties/responsibilities:

• Manage a large team of Campaign Producers.
• Oversee timelines, budgets and resource management for ongoing and new partnerships.
• Be part of the senior leadership team to drive growth, strategy and performance.
• Be involved in hiring and nurturing the Production/Campaign team.
• Spearhead partnerships and relationships.

Skillset required:

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management experience.
• Proven experience working with and managing large budgets.
• Previous experience working in a tech first brand, ideally within the fashion, beauty or lifestyle space.
• Solid and proven understanding of technology and AI - it is essential to have extensive, practical experience in these areas.
• Exceptional attention to detail, and ability to work calmy under pressure and to fast turnaround deadlines.
• Proven experience leading a department/large team in an Executive or Head of role.
  

Role details:

Start date: October/November

Hours: Full time

Contract length: 8 months with potential for extension or to be made permanent.

Salary: £100,000 (open to higher salary depending on suitability and experience).

Office requirements: Fully remote/work from anywhere, with occasional meetings in London - ideally you will be based in the UK.
